It's funny - The women in my life
One that won't let go, one that wants what will never be,
One that hates my guts and one that got set free.
There's one I used to want, and still sort of do,
There's one that nearly killed me, that is certainly true.
There's one I think would work, if only she did too,
There's one that I know would work, to her boyfriend she seems true.
Women, that's what's funny - how they come and go.
Alone, in the end, is what I'll always know.
Problem is i love the thought, of never being warm
For in the cold, I do thrive, and joy i find in mourn.
